A collection of recipes made by me! Copy any that you like as I do change them from time to time.
- While weight is always the best way to keep recipes consistent, it is sometimes much easier to go by volume. I write what I use.
- When talking about cups and tablespoons I am using Australian measurements. That means a cup is 250ml and a tablespoon is 25ml.
- Macros are not written because I do not know what brand of ingredients you use, and there can be a lot of variation between them. To figure it out for myself though I use Cronometer.
- I don't eat meat. These don't have meat. I do eat gelatin. These sometimes have gelatin.
There was a weird little chunk of time where my whole kitchen was a mini fridge, a rice cooker, one knife, a cutting board, one set of cutlery, one plate, and one bowl. All of these recipes are able to be made in a similar situation. They're good lazy meals though and I still make them often.
